So I'm a little unsure who this is made for, but it looks like someone has developed a Skyrim mod that will turn all of the game's dragons into the Macho Man Randy Savage.
Assuming of course you have the PC version of the game, and would rather vanquish some Macho Men over slaying dragons, you can find the mod download at SkyrimNexus here.
