Cosmic Book News has received a tip that Warner Bros. has secretly cast Bradley Cooper (Limitless, The A-Team) as Lex Luthor in the upcoming Superman film, Man of Steel.
More than likely this would only be a cameo since Zod, played by Michael Shannon, will be the main villain. However, this may give a hint on the future direction of the film's sequels.
As of right now, take this with a HUGE grain of salt.
UPDATE: Veteran entertainment insider Kurt Orzeck took to his Twitter yesterday to clear up any rumors.
